Seems very unlikely.Come join our Psychiatric Emergency Team!! We have two immediate per diem openings for a Psychiatric Triage Clinician (PTC). Since they called my cell phone, an unlisted number, I have to question how they got that information without receiving any of my messages. However, I was told they did not get a single one of my calls. Update: The office called me in response to this review to apologize, which I did appreciate. I had my hopes set on seeing a specific psychiatrist who is also board-certified in another branch of medicine that I thought would be very beneficial for my health, but I had to find another office to work with instead. The whole thing just left a very poor taste in my mouth. I also run a very busy office we call people back within one business day if they have to leave a message. I told her I had been waiting more than a week and a half for a call back and she said “well we're a very busy office, you know,” like that made it acceptable. She kept telling me I'd need to speak to the new patient coordinator, but the voicemail message and options don't say that. When someone actually answered the phone, they were quite rude. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt because I understand that everyone is working remotely. Unable to get a call back from anyone as a new patient. Their adhd research for instance, doesn’t include any research on anyone but adhd men without anxiety or depression. That was over a month ago havent heard back. I explained for each question what my reaction was other than “true or false”. I also made note that the adhd evaluation not only had not been update with research in the last 20+ years, but even then it wouldnt have been helpful. It took a week to arrive and i had finals so it was an additional week before i filled it out and emailed scanned copies to them. I also have adhd and got diagnosed over 10 years ago and i am already on patient gateway which is the neeton Wellesley system and have my diagnosis on there from another doctor yet apparently it wasnt enough so they mailed an adhd evauation. during the intake they first off didnt know anything about PT SD except in veterens, told me i didnt have anxiety, and when i mentioned i had a self harm addiction that i was about 200 days clean from, they just ignored it. 5 weeks later i get a call back about an intake appointment for a month and a half from then, so i said yes because i needed a psychiatrist badly my old one had dropped me. Next week i called and talked to a receptionist who said they would pass along the message. I called with a referral in February and left a voicemail for the intake coordinator the message before the beep for them said 3-5 business days.
